I was recently shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond and I found these cute little tart shells. The picture on the package was of a Quiche Lorraine and I suddenly got an intense craving…oh how easily marketing gimmicks get me!

Mini Halloween Pumpkin Spice Cakes

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. When I was young, I used to love getting dressed up to go trick-or-treating around my neighborhood. There was this one house that always gave out KING size candy bars – we always went there first! Now that I am a little too old to go around to my neighbors asking for candy, I love to make my own Halloween treats!

Addictive Green Beans

This was the hardest food photo shoot I have ever had because I could not stop eating these green beans. They are so addictive!

This dish has great umami flavor from the soy sauce and a spicy kick from the chili flakes. I blanched the beans first and then sautéed them. Using this method ensures perfectly cooked green beans that are not overly done and still a bit crunchy!
